Large-cantilever semi-fabricated prestressed concrete cover beam and construction process thereof
The invention discloses a large-cantilever semi-assembly type prestressed concrete cover beam and a construction technology thereof, the cover beam comprises a UHPC shell, a support, a pier column and a reinforcement cage, the UHPC shell is arranged at the top of the pier column through the support, the UHPC shell and the support are of an integrated structure, a plurality of embedded sleeves are vertically arranged on the support, a plurality of embedded steel bars are vertically arranged at the top of the pier column, and the UHPC shell and the support are of an integrated structure. The embedded steel bar penetrates through the embedded sleeve and extends into the UHPC shell; the reinforcement cage is fixedly arranged in the UHPC shell; common concrete is poured in the UHPC shell; prestressed tendons/cables are also arranged in the UHPC shell; vertical ribs and horizontal ribs are arranged on the inner surface of the UHPC shell; channel steel is arranged at the tops of the vertical ribs; steel plate braces are arranged between the steel channels. The construction technology comprises the steps that the prefabricated UHPC shell is hoisted to the top of the pier column; hoisting the reinforcement cage into the UHPC shell and fixing the reinforcement cage; arranging prestressed tendons/cables; mounting channel steel; common concrete is poured; and after the common concrete reaches the design strength, the prestressed tendons/cables are tensioned and then fixed to the UHPC shell.
