Top plate transverse stiffening type corrugated steel web combined box girder
The invention discloses a top plate transverse stiffening type corrugated steel web combined box girder which comprises a concrete top plate, a concrete bottom plate, corrugated steel webs, concrete transverse stiffening ribs, transverse prestressed steel beams, longitudinal joint steel bars, transverse penetrating steel bars and stud keys. The concrete transverse stiffening ribs are connected to the lower portion of the concrete top plate and symmetrically distributed in the transverse direction of the bridge. The transverse stiffening ribs are divided into web plate outer transverse stiffening ribs and web plate inner transverse stiffening ribs; the cross section of the web outer transverse stiffening rib is triangular, and the thickness of the cross section is linearly increased from the end part of the cantilever slab to the root part; the two ends of the corrugated steel web are connected into the concrete top plate and the concrete bottom plate in an embedded connection mode. The concrete transverse stiffening ribs are connected with the side surfaces of the corrugated steel webs through stud keys; and transverse prestressed steel beams are arranged in the concrete top plate and the concrete transverse stiffening ribs. The advantages of compression resistance of the concrete and high shear strength of the corrugated steel web are fully utilized, and the dead weight of the upper portion of the bridge can be reduced.
本发明公开一种顶板横向加劲式波形钢腹板组合箱梁,包括混凝土顶板、混凝土底板、波形钢腹板、混凝土横向加劲肋、横向预应力钢束,纵向接合钢筋,横向贯穿钢筋,栓钉键;混凝土横向加劲肋连接在混凝土顶板下部,沿桥梁横向呈对称分布;横向加劲肋分为腹板外横向加劲肋和腹板内横向加劲肋;腹板外横向加劲肋横截面为三角形截面,截面厚度由悬臂板端部向根部方向线性增加;波形钢腹板的两端通过嵌入式连接方式连接于混凝土顶板和混凝土底板内;混凝土横向加劲肋通过栓钉键与波形钢腹板的侧面连接;混凝土顶板和混凝土横向加劲肋内设置横向预应力钢束。本发明充分利用了混凝土抗压,波形钢腹板抗剪强度高的优点,有利于降低桥梁上部自重。
