The invention provides a prefabricated assembly type corrugated steel web combined box girder which comprises a bottom plate, a top plate and a web, a first steel base and a second steel base which are integrally formed are arranged at the top and the bottom of the web correspondingly, and a first mounting groove matched with the first steel base is formed in the surface of the bottom plate; the top plate comprises a horizontal bridge plate and inclined bridge plates arranged on the two sides of the horizontal bridge plate, second mounting grooves matched with the second steel bases are formed in the lower surface of the horizontal bridge plate, the web can be clamped between the bottom plate and the top plate through the first steel bases and the second steel bases at the two ends of the web, and a locking assembly is arranged at the bottom of the horizontal bridge plate. A buffering assembly is further arranged on the bottom plate. The web, the top plate and the bottom plate can be stably spliced and fixed, and fatigue damage caused when the upper end and the lower end of the corrugated steel web are directly built with concrete is prevented.
