A temperature control layer is arranged on the top plate, a bridge floor layer is arranged on the temperature control layer, temperature control holes are formed in the temperature control layer, and the water circulation mechanism drives water to circularly flow between the temperature control holes and the water collection mechanism. The circulating water can reduce freezing of the bridge floor layer in winter and can cool the bridge floor layer in summer, so that the influence of climate change on the bridge floor can be reduced, and the situation that the bridge floor cracks due to thermal expansion and cold contraction is reduced.
