The anchor rod comprises a plurality of prefabricated sections, each prefabricated section comprises a hollow rod body, a water permeable hole section is formed in the middle of each hollow rod body, a geotextile membrane is glued outside each water permeable hole section, and then each water permeable hole section is sleeved with a geotextile bag; mounting holes in the two ends of the geotextile bag are cemented with the hollow rod body, the geotextile bag is sealed after a polyurethane composite material is injected into the geotextile bag, and limiting buckles are symmetrically connected to the outsides of the two ends, corresponding to the geotextile bag, of the prefabricated segment and used for limiting axial expansion of the polyurethane composite material; the adjacent prefabricated sections are in threaded connection to form the anchor rod with the designed length. According to the method, the foam is formed through chemical reaction of the polyurethane composite material instead of compaction grouting in the prior art, the construction procedure is simplified, the operation difficulty is lowered, the foam quality is guaranteed, the high-stability pulling resistance of the anchor rod after anchoring can be guaranteed, and reference significance and technical guidance can be provided for design, construction and improvement of the anchor rod.
本发明公开了一种抗拔性能稳定的多节泡装配式锚杆及其锚固施工方法,锚杆包括多个预制节段,每个预制节段包括空心杆体,空心杆体中部设置有透水孔段,透水孔段外胶固土工织物膜后套设土工织物囊袋,土工织物囊袋两端的安装孔与空心杆体胶固,土工织物囊袋中注入聚氨酯复合材料后封闭,预制节段上对应土工织物囊袋的两端外对称连接限位卡扣,用于限制聚氨酯复合材料的轴向膨胀;相邻预制节段之间螺纹连接形成设计长度的锚杆。用聚氨酯复合材料的化学反应代替现有技术的压密注浆形成节泡,简化了施工工序和操作难度,保证了节泡质量从而能保证锚杆锚固后的高稳定抗拔性能,可为锚杆的设计、施工和改进提供参考意义和技术指导。
