The left side of a first filter screen is jacked up through mutual cooperation of a driving bevel gear, a transmission bevel gear, a driven bevel gear, a second worm gear, a second worm, a second rotating rod and a first cam, so that garbage falling onto the first filter screen rolls down and is collected by a collecting tank; and meanwhile, the bottom of the first filter screen is knocked through mutual cooperation of a drainage pipe, a disc, a rectangular barrel, a fourth rotating rod, a first single-groove wheel, a second single-groove wheel, a belt, a third rotating rod, a second cam, a push plate, a spring and a steel ball, so that the garbage filtering efficiency is improved.
