According to the overhead ground adjusting foot and the overhead ground construction technology, the hole is prefabricated in the plate, the nut is installed in the hole in advance, and the adjusting foot can be directly and rapidly adjusted through the operation hole formed in the upper end of the nut. An overhead ground adjusting foot is used for adjusting the levelness of a plate and the ground and comprises a rivet nut, a screw and a rubber sleeve. The rivet nut is riveted in a prefabricated hole of a plate, the upper part of the screw rod is screwed in the rivet nut, the rubber sleeve is fixed at the bottom of the screw rod, and the rubber sleeve is grounded; and an operation opening is formed in the upper end of the rivet nut, so that a tool can stretch into the operation opening to control the screw rod to rotate after the plate is placed at a construction position so as to adjust the height of the plate.
