The invention provides a polypropylene floor and preparation equipment thereof.The polypropylene floor comprises a decorative composite layer and a composite base material layer, the composite base material layer comprises a first base material layer and a second base material layer which are sequentially arranged, and the decorative composite layer is arranged on the side, away from the second base material layer, of the first base material layer; the first base material layer is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 60-80% of inorganic filler, 18-38% of polypropylene resin and 1-5% of auxiliaries, and the second base material layer is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 0-50% of inorganic filler, 50-98% of polypropylene resin and 1-5% of auxiliaries. The thermal deformation of the decorative composite layer and the second base material layer on the two sides of the first base material layer is larger than that of the first base material layer, so that the directions of acting force applied to the first base material layer by the decorative composite layer and the second base material layer are opposite, and the acting force is counteracted; therefore, the polypropylene floor comprising the decorative composite layer, the first base material layer and the second base material layer is not easy to bend and deform when heated.
