The invention discloses a high-strength cement composite material and a processing method, the formula comprises cement, broken stone, coarse sand, silica powder, a water reducing agent, superfine slag powder, steel fiber, carbon fiber, a defoaming agent, sodium carbonate and lithium carbonate, the method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing raw materials; 2, dry powder mixing; step 3, adding a water reducing agent; step 4, stirring at a regulated speed; in the first step, cement is a mixture of sulphoaluminate cement and iron aluminate cement, 625 # cement is adopted, the particle size of selected gravel is 10-15 mm, in the second step, the stirring speed of a stirrer is 1.2 m/s, and the stirring time is 3-4 min. Compared with an existing cement composite material, the strength of the material is improved by adding steel fibers and carbon fibers; by adding the silicon powder and the superfine slag powder and selecting the gravel and the coarse sand with small particle sizes, the purpose of reducing the void ratio in the material is achieved; the sodium carbonate and the lithium carbonate are added to accelerate coagulation, so that the material forming time is shortened.
