The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a concrete waterproof material, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparation of silane emulsion: uniformly mixing water, an emulsifier and polyethylene glycol, stirring by using a magnetic stirrer, dropwise adding silane into the mixed system in a stirring state, and stirring at constant temperature for 10-20 minutes after dropwise adding is finished, so as to obtain the silane emulsion; cooling to obtain a silane emulsion; (2) preparation of silica sol: (1) weighing tetraethyl orthosilicate and absolute ethyl alcohol, and magnetically stirring uniformly; (2) weighing water and absolute ethyl alcohol, and magnetically stirring uniformly; and (3) performing isovolumetric mixing on the mixed solutions prepared in the step (1) and the step (2), performing uniform magnetic stirring, adding the silane emulsion prepared in the step (1) into the mixed system in a stirring state, performing constant-temperature stirring for 15-25 minutes, and performing cooling to obtain the concrete waterproof material. The invention also comprises the waterproof material prepared by the method, and the prepared waterproof material has good waterproof performance.
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域，具体涉及一种混凝土防水材料的制备方法，包括以下步骤：（1）硅烷乳液的制备：将水、乳化剂和聚乙二醇混匀后，利用磁力搅拌器搅拌，并在搅拌状态下，向混合的体系中逐滴加入硅烷，滴加完毕，恒温搅拌10～20min，冷却制得硅烷乳液；（2）硅溶胶的制备：①.称取正硅酸四乙酯、无水乙醇，磁力搅拌搅拌均匀；②.称取水、无水乙醇，磁力搅拌均匀；③.将步骤①和步骤②所制备的混合液进行等体积混合，磁力搅拌均匀，并在搅拌状态下向混合的体系中加入步骤（1）制备的硅烷乳液，恒温搅拌15～25min后，冷却制得混凝土防水材料。本发明还包括利用上述方法制备的防水材料，制得的防水材料具有良好的防水性能。
