The invention discloses an unmanned sweeper road pollution condition identification and sweeping system and method. The system comprises a four-way fixed-focus video camera, a video capture card, a processor, a storage module, a control module, a wireless communication module, a map module, a positioning module, a driving module, sweeping equipment and a power module. The four paths of fixed-focus video cameras are installed around the vehicle, slightly face the ground and are used for detecting the ground pollution degree. The vehicle determines the operation track according to the ground pollution degree score, and controls the vehicle to run according to the track, thereby achieving the intelligentization of the sweeping strategy of the sweeping times, and bringing convenience to the cleaning work of the park.
