The threaded rod is in transmission connection with the baffle through a transmission assembly, and one side of the top of the baffle is slidably connected with the top of the outer frame. The outer frame is placed in a foundation pit dug in advance, then the adjusting part and the protection part are installed on the outer frame, when the size of a pouring area formed by baffles and a push plate needs to be adjusted, the two baffles are driven by a motor to be away from each other on the outer frame, and meanwhile the two baffles pull the push plate to stretch, so that the pouring area is adjusted.
