The invention discloses a pile drilling method construction method for a large-diameter inspection well. The method comprises the steps that a drilling machine is adopted for drilling and digging to form a foundation well with the target hole diameter and the target depth; after the drilling machine is withdrawn, a steel casing is installed in the foundation well; slurry in the foundation well is pumped out of the foundation well; and the conical well bottom of the foundation well is filled with block stones in a throwing mode, and cement stone chips are adopted on the upper portion of a formed riprap layer to form a well bottom foundation. According to the method, only drilling for hole forming is needed in construction, the prefabricated inspection well is installed, and the construction time of a single large-diameter inspection well is shortened to one day. The construction only needs to meet the requirement of lifting the pile drilling machine, and particularly, the improved pile drilling machine adopts a crawler-type chassis, so that the space required by operation is further reduced, and the drilling machine is more suitable for narrow road environments. The construction time is greatly shortened, the space needed by construction is reduced, traffic blocking caused by construction is rapidly recovered, and interference of construction on traffic is reduced to the minimum.
