Large diameter waterjet ground drilling machine and pile construction method using it
The present invention relates to a water jet large diameter ground drill including: a first unit having a circular tubular shape; a second unit provided inside the first unit for repeatedly performing normal rotation and reverse rotation at a predetermined angle about the central axis of the first unit; a motor provided inside the first unit for rotating the second unit; water jet tubes provided in the second unit and rotating together with the second unit to deliver high pressure water; nozzles provided at the front ends of the water jet tubes for jetting the delivered high pressure water forward; and a suction pipe provided in the second unit and rotating together with the second unit and branching in the plural from the front and sucking the crushed material by the injected high pressure water and the injected high pressure water. The water jet large diameter ground drill can be constructed by combining several water jet nozzles and, by crushing the rock and the ground with high pressure water, it is possible to drill the rock by low noise and vibration. It is possible to perforate both the soil and the rock with single equipment, and the water jet large diameter ground drilling machine can be constructed in a simple small-scale structure, and thus it is possible to provide an effect that construction can be performed even in a narrow space between existing structures.
본 발명은 원형관 형상의 제1유닛; 상기 제1유닛의 내측에 구비되어 상기 제1유닛의 중심축을 축으로 하여 일정 각도 정회전과 역회전을 반복하는 제2유닛; 상기 제1유닛의 내측에 구비되어 상기 제2유닛을 회전시키는 모터; 상기 제2유닛에 구비되어 상기 제2유닛과 함께 회전하며 고압수를 송출하는 워터젯관들; 상기 워터젯관들의 각 전단부에 구비되어 상기 송출되는 고압수를 전방으로 분사하는 노즐들; 상기 제2유닛에 구비되어 상기 제2유닛과 함께 회전하고, 전방에서 복수로 분기되며, 상기 분사된 고압수와 상기 분사된 고압수에 의한 파쇄물을 흡입하는 흡입관;을 포함하는 워터젯 대구경 지반 천공기에 관한 것으로서, 여러개의 워터젯 노즐을 조합하여 대구경으로 사용되는 워터젯 대구경 지반 천공기를 구성할 수 있고, 고압수에 의하여 암반 및 지반을 파쇄하여 굴착함으로써, 저소음 무진동으로 암반을 천공할 수 있으며, 단일 장비로 토사 및 암반 모두를 천공할 수 있고, 워터젯 대구경 지반 천공기를 간단한 소규모의 구성으로 이루어지므로 기존 구조물의 사이에 협소한 공간에서도 시공이 가능한 효과를 제공할 수 있다.
