Method for preparing high-performance isostatic pressing graphite in short process
The invention belongs to the field of carbon product production, and provides a method for preparing high-performance isostatic pressing graphite in a short process. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing materials, wherein aggregate comprises calcined pitch coke, calcined petroleum coke and a graphite additive; the graphite additive comprises isostatic pressing graphite, natural crystalline flake graphite or microcrystalline graphite; (2) hot mixing: preheating the aggregate and then adding asphalt, wherein the softening point of the asphalt is higher than 115 DEG C, and the coking value of the asphalt is higher than 55%; (3) cold mixing: after hot mixing is finished, discharging the hot pot paste into a cooling pot for cold mixing to obtain cold pot paste; (4) secondary grinding; (5) sieving and charging; (6) vibrating and vacuumizing; (7) performing isostatic pressing and demolding to obtain a green body; and (8) performing primary roasting and graphitization. The method provides a new production process, can overcome the defects existing in the prior art, and can produce and prepare a high-performance product with the volume density higher than 1.80 g/cm < 3 > and the bending resistance higher than 45 MPa while the production cycle is remarkably shortened.
