The invention relates to the technical field of concrete preparation, in particular to self-compacting concrete prepared from superfine tailing sand. The anti-freezing concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 70 to 85 parts of cement, 30 to 40 parts of fly ash, 100 to 120 parts of fine aggregate, 145 to 165 parts of coarse aggregate, 1.5 to 2 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 0.8 to 1.1 parts of PVA fiber, 0.7 to 0.8 part of sodium alginate, 0.8 to 1.0 part of talcum powder, 0.7 to 0.8 part of water reducing agent, 29 to 33 parts of water and 12 to 17 parts of anti-freezing combination agent. Compared with the prior art, not only can the anti-freezing capability of the self-compacting concrete be improved, but also the problem of surface cracking of the self-compacting concrete can be improved.
