The invention provides a method for preparing green concrete by mixing iron tailing superfine sand and natural sand. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing iron tailing slag into the iron tailing superfine sand with the particle size of 1-4mm; 2, the sand grains prepared in the step 1 and natural sand are mixed and stirred to prepare mixed sand; and 3, mixing and stirring cement, mixed sand, coarse aggregate, an admixture, a pumping agent and water to prepare the green concrete.
