High-strength low-density autoclaved aerated concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses high-strength low-density autoclaved aerated concrete and a preparation method thereof, and solves the technical problems that autoclaved aerated concrete blocks existing in the market in the prior art are generally relatively low in strength and relatively poor in pore structure. The concrete comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5-30% of slaked lime, 5-40% of a cementing material, 0.1-2% of a water reducing agent, 16-88% of quartz sand, 2-10% of dihydrate gypsum, 0.2-0.7% of an additive and 0.1-0.5% of aluminum powder paste, wherein the additive is any one or two of lauryl sodium sulfate and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether. The preparation method for producing the high-strength and low-density autoclaved aerated concrete by using the ground aluminum powder, the slaked lime and the microwave means is designed aiming at the low strength of the autoclaved aerated concrete at present, so that the product has lower density on the basis of meeting the strength of a qualified product, and the use amount of raw materials is further reduced; products of the same level have the outstanding strength advantage, and the competitiveness is improved.
本发明公开了一种高强低密度蒸压加气混凝土及其制备方法,解决了现有技术中市场上存在的蒸压加气混凝土砌块,普遍存在强度较低,孔结构较差的技术问题。它包括重量百分比的下述成分:熟石灰5‑30%、胶凝材料5‑40%、减水剂0.1%‑2%、石英砂16‑88%、二水石膏2‑10%、外加剂0.2‑0.7%和铝粉膏0.1‑0.5%,所述外加剂为十二烷基硫酸钠和羟丙基甲基纤维素醚中的任意一种或两种。本发明针对目前蒸压加气混凝土强度偏低而设计一种利用磨细铝粉和熟石灰以及微波手段实现生产高强低密度蒸压加气混凝土的制备方法,使产品在满足合格品强度的基础上拥有更低密度,进一步减少原材料用量,而在同一级别的产品上具有较为突出的强度优势,提高竞争力。
