Pressure precuring high-strength autoclaved aerated concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses pressure precuring high-strength autoclaved aerated concrete and a preparation method thereof, and solves the technical problem of low strength of autoclaved aerated concrete in the prior art. The concrete comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5%-30% of quick lime, 5%-40% of a cementing material, 0.1%-2% of a water reducing agent, 30%-90% of quartz sand, 0.1%-10% of dihydrate gypsum, 0.1%-0.2% of lauryl sodium sulfate, 0.1%-0.5% of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether and 0.1%-0.5% of aluminum powder, wherein the particle size of the aluminum powder is smaller than 0.06 mm. The constant-pressure pre-curing is adopted to control the gas forming process, on one hand, smooth development of strength in the hydration process is not affected, stress damage caused by gas forming is reduced in time, and the effect of stabilizing the pore structure is achieved; and on the other hand, the thickening speed of the slurry and the gas forming speed of the aluminum powder are slowed down, so that the pore diameter of the pores can be controlled under certain positive pressure, and the strength is positively influenced.
本发明公开了一种压力预养护高强蒸压加气混凝土及其制备方法,解决了现有技术中蒸压加气混凝土强度偏低的技术问题。它包括生石灰:5‑30%,胶凝材料:5‑40%,减水剂:0.1%‑2%,石英砂:30‑90%,二水石膏:0.1‑10%,十二烷基硫酸钠:0.1%‑0.2%,羟丙基甲基纤维素醚:0.1‑0.5%,铝粉:0.1‑0.5%,所述铝粉粒径小于0.06mm。本发明采用恒压预养护控制发气过程,一方面不影响水化过程中强度顺利发展,对由于发气带来的应力破坏及时进行消减,起到稳定孔结构的作用;另一方面减缓料浆稠化速度和铝粉发气速度,使气孔在一定正向压力下达到孔径可控的效果,对强度带来积极影响。
