The invention provides a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) wear-resistant layer for a ground heating floor. The PVC wear-resistant layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of PVC resin, 20-25 parts of a plasticizer, 3-6 parts of epoxidized soybean oil, 2-3.5 parts of a barium-zinc stabilizer, 0.3-1.0 part of phosphite ester, 0.5-1.5 parts of an acrylic acid processing aid, 0.1-0.5 part of perchlorate and 0.1-0.5 part of zinc stearate. The invention further provides a preparation method of the PVC wear-resistant layer for the ground heating floor and the ground heating floor. The PVC wear-resistant layer disclosed by the invention is excellent in temperature discoloration resistance and excellent in stability at continuous high temperature, and also has relatively good anti-precipitation performance.
