The invention relates to a waste mulching film and modified red mud synthesized revetment which comprises a slope, a plurality of revetment bricks are evenly laid on the slope, each revetment brick comprises a cement block and a fixing frame fixedly connected to the cement block, each fixing frame is of a polygonal structure, a red mud brick is arranged in each fixing frame, and each fixing frame is of a rectangular structure. A heat preservation film is fixedly embedded in the fixing frame; an anti-skid mechanism is arranged at the bottom end of the cement block, and an expansion mechanism is arranged in the fixing frame. The slope protection bricks of the polygonal structure are laid on the slope, and the multiple slope protection bricks are laid, so that an integrated concrete face plate is avoided, the slope protection brick can adapt to differential settlement of an earth and rockfill dam body and a bank slope soil body, tensile cracks cannot be generated, and the safety of the dam cannot be endangered.
