Static pressure pile construction method capable of reducing pile sinking resistance
The static pressure pile construction method capable of reducing the pile sinking resistance comprises the steps that firstly, the pile pressing position of a pipe pile is determined, then a head water injection pipe and a head water pumping pipe are installed in a pile tip, and the pile tip is installed at the bottom of a bottom pile; hoisting a bottom pile to a pile pressing position and starting pile pressing, sequentially connecting water injection pipe joints, water pumping pipe joints and pipe pile pipe joints in the pile pressing process, after the bottom pile reaches a sand layer, connecting the most water injection pipe joint with a high-pressure water pump and a high-pressure air pump to wash the sand layer, and connecting the water pumping pipe joint at the tail end with a water pump to pump out water mixed with silt; and when the pipe pile is pressed into the force holding soil layer and reaches the designed pressure intensity, pile pressing is stopped. Mud and sand are discharged out of the pile through a high-pressure water and gas mixture so as to eliminate resistance of a sand layer at the pile end to the pipe pile, and meanwhile water containing the mud and sand is pumped out through the water suction pump, so that water resistance is avoided in the pile pressing process, and the pile pressing process is kept smooth.
本申请公开了一种可降低沉桩阻力的静压桩施工方法,先确定管桩的压桩位置,然后将头部注水管和头部抽水管安装在桩尖内,并将桩尖安装在底桩底部;接着将底桩吊装至压桩位置并开始压桩,在压桩过程中依次续接注水管管节、抽水管管节和管桩管节,当底桩到达砂层后,将最节注水管管节接通高压水泵和高压气泵以冲刷砂层,将末端抽水管管节接通抽水泵以将混有泥沙的水体抽出;当管桩压入持力土层并达到设计压强后,停止压桩。本申请通过高压水、气混合物将泥砂排出桩外,以消除桩端砂层对管桩的阻力,同时利用抽水泵将含有泥沙的水抽出,使得压桩过程中不会受水阻力,使得压桩过程保持顺畅。
