The invention relates to a building reinforcing engineering supporting stress uniform distribution device which comprises a reinforcing load-bearing cross beam horizontally arranged below a displacement building cross beam, and the two ends of the reinforcing load-bearing cross beam are fixedly connected with a first supporting stand column and a second supporting stand column which are vertically arranged correspondingly. A plurality of pressure-equalizing supporting single bodies are arranged on the reinforcing load-bearing cross beam at intervals in the length direction of the reinforcing load-bearing cross beam, the number of the pressure-equalizing supporting rods is equal to that of the pressure-equalizing supporting single bodies, and the upper ends of the pressure-equalizing supporting rods are hinged to the corresponding pressure-equalizing supporting single bodies. The invention further discloses a reinforcing method using the building reinforcing engineering supporting stress uniform distribution device.
