To provide a slurry distribution device capable of securing the uniform and strong deposition of slurry in a direction perpendicular to a feed-out direction, and reducing the drift of an already existing layer, particularly, the drift of a slurry layer as much as possible.SOLUTION: Slurry 20 is fed from at least one stirring apparatus 18, the speed of the slurry is matched to the speed of a carrier apparatus 22, also, the slurry 20 is uniformly distributed over a desired width, and, thereafter, the distributed slurry is equipped so as to be fed out onto a low layer 6.
