The invention discloses a highway pavement technical condition detection whole-process monitoring system, which comprises a detection vehicle and a main platform, and is characterized in that monitoring equipment is additionally arranged inside and outside the detection vehicle and is connected with a main platform server through the Internet of Things; the main platform automatically and randomly issues the annual detection task to each detection vehicle and detection personnel; a GPS positioning module is arranged on the detection vehicle, and whether the detection vehicle is on the specified detection route or not is rechecked; an encoder on the detection vehicle records the detection distance in real time and returns the detection mileage to the main platform server; the detection data is transmitted back to the main platform server in real time through the Internet; a detection data alarm module is additionally arranged in the detection vehicle, and when detection equipment is in an abnormal state, the system can automatically give an alarm; and establishing a meteorological route model, and fusing the meteorological data with the highway route. According to the method, effective supervision of the whole process of project release, management and implementation can be ensured, and higher project execution efficiency, high data quality and more reliable data results are ensured.
