The invention discloses a method for completely carbonizing regenerated powder, which comprises the following steps: S1, raw material pretreatment: crushing cement stone powder in recycled waste concrete, then grinding the crushed cement stone powder into fine powder by using a ball mill, enabling the particle size of the ground material in the S1 to be not less than 50% smaller than 20-40 microns, enabling the particle size of the ground material to be not less than 90% smaller than 90-120 microns, and enabling the ball milling time of the ball mill in the S1 to be 15 minutes to 6 hours; the cement stone powder is ball-milled into powder, a drum-type ball mill or a planetary ball mill is adopted as the ball mill in the step S1, and the step S2 of carbonization treatment, specifically, the recycled concrete powder is put into a concrete carbonization test box to be carbonized, and the carbonized recycled concrete powder is obtained. According to the method, the recycled concrete powder can be treated, the carbonized recycled powder can partially replace cement, the cement consumption is reduced, the strength of the recycled concrete is not obviously reduced, in addition, the carbonized recycled powder can be used for manufacturing carbonized recycled bricks, and a large amount of construction waste is consumed.
本发明公开了一种再生粉完全碳化的方法,包括:S1:原料预处理,将回收的废弃混凝土中的水泥石粉粉碎后用球磨机磨成细粉,S1中粉磨后的材料粒径小于20‑40微米的不少于50%,小于90‑120微米的不少于90%,S1中球磨机的球磨时间为15分钟‑6小时,将水泥石粉球磨成粉状,S1中球磨机采用滚筒式球磨机或行星式球磨机,S2:碳化处理,将再生混凝土粉放入混凝土碳化试验箱进行碳化获得碳化再生混凝土粉。本发明可实现再生混凝土粉处置,经过碳化处理后的再生粉可以部分代替水泥,减少水泥用量且不明显降低再生混凝土的强度,另外可利用碳化再生粉制作碳化再生砖,大量消耗建筑垃圾。
