The invention discloses a controllable permeable nano silicon ion protective agent and a preparation method thereof. The protective agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of sodium silicate, 5-20 parts of potassium silicate, 1-5 parts of lithium silicate, 20-30 parts of organic silicate, 2-6 parts of a penetrating agent, 0.5-2 parts of a dispersing agent, 0.2-1 part of a calcium ion sealing agent, 0.1-1 part of a gel retarder, 0.1-0.5 part of a stabilizer, 0.1-0.3 part of a coagulant, 0.1-0.3 part of a coagulation accelerating aid, 0.2-0.5 part of an anti-freezing agent and 100-120 parts of deionized water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: sequentially introducing the raw materials into a stirring tank according to the proportion, stirring for 30-50 minutes, and filtering and precipitating to obtain the product. The protective agent can regulate and control the reaction speed according to different compactness of concrete, and also has multiple effects of crack healing, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, impermeability improvement, weathering prevention and the like.
