The invention discloses a coal mine underground road building method, and mainly relates to the technical field of underground road building. The method comprises the following steps that 1, soil, sand, small stones, large stones and a macromolecular solution DSMB are stirred and mixed to be uniform, a premixed raw material is obtained, and the macromolecular solution DSMB does not exceed 1.5% of the total volume of the premixed raw material by volume; 2, a roadbed is arranged, specifically, the roadbed is cleaned and leveled, uneven broken stones and block stones are removed, and the roadbed is compacted; 3, laying a premixed raw material on the finished roadbed, wherein the laying thickness is 200-300mm; 4, compacting the pavement paved with the premixed raw materials by using a road roller; 5, after the compaction is finished and 24 hours later, spraying an aqueous solution prepared from a polymer solution DSMB on the pavement; and 6, waiting for 2 hours after spraying is completed, and compacting by using a rubber-tyred vehicle for traffic. The method is energy-saving and environment-friendly, short in time period, large in pavement load capacity and easy to repair.
本发明公开了一种煤矿井下筑路方法,主要涉及井下筑路技术领域。以下步骤:1,将土、沙子、小石子、大石子、高分子溶液DSMB搅拌混匀,得到预混原料,所述高分子溶液DSMB按体积计不超过预混原料总体积的1.5%;2,整理路基,将路基清理并整平,清除不平整的碎石及块石,并将路基压实;3,在整理好的路基上铺设预混原料,铺设厚度为200mm—300mm;4,使用压路机将铺设好预混原料的路面压实;5,压实完毕等待24小时后,使用高分子溶液DSMB配置的水溶液对路面进行喷洒;6,喷洒完成后等待2小时,使用胶轮车压实即可通车。本发明节能环保,时间周期短,路面载重量大,易修补。
