A suspension bridge deck high-altitude recreation device comprises a bridge deck system and a suspension system. The bridge deck system comprises a bridge body which extends from a first end to a second end in the extending direction and has a U-shaped section, a departure platform adjacent to the first end, and an end point platform adjacent to the second end. The position height of the first end of the bridge body is higher than that of the second end, and the bridge body is provided with a smooth inner side face so that a user can slide from the first end to the second end. The suspension system suspends and supports the bridge body and comprises two supports arranged in the extending direction at a certain distance, a plurality of cable anchorage seats distributed nearby the supports, at least two main cables, at least two bearing cables, a plurality of vertical cables, a plurality of bottom beams, two wind-resistant cables and a plurality of traction cables. The device can be arranged above a river, so that the fun and the stimulation of games in the natural environment can be improved.
