Self-walking operation platform for construction of bottom of cable-stayed bridge and installation method
The invention discloses a self-walking operation platform for construction of the bottom of a cable-stayed bridge and an installation method, the self-walking operation platform comprises a movable truss and walking mechanisms arranged on the two sides of the movable truss, the movable truss is hung on the two sides of a bridge girder, and the walking mechanisms are movably connected with the two sides of the bridge girder; the movable truss comprises a platform truss and supporting trusses arranged at the two ends of the platform truss, and the walking mechanisms are arranged at the tops of the supporting trusses. A construction reserved space exists between the platform truss and the bottom of the bridge, and a limiting mechanism making contact with the side edge of a main beam of the bridge is arranged on the supporting truss. Compared with the prior art, through the arrangement of the limiting mechanism, in the moving process of the movable truss, the top and the side edge of the bridge make contact with the walking mechanism and the limiting mechanism at the same time, it is ensured that the movable truss does not transversely move in the walking process, and it is ensured that the gravity center of the operation layer is located in the middle of the operation layer while the operation layer is supported; and the operation layer has better stability in the moving process, so that the operation layer has better safety performance.
