The winding roll set mechanism is installed on the outer side wall, close to the top, of a platform supporting column, a crane mechanism and a high-pressure water pump set are arranged on one side above the platform, an auxiliary winding roll mechanism is arranged on the other side above the platform, a support is arranged in the center above the platform, a fixed connecting support is arranged on one side of the support, and the bottom of the fixed connecting support is welded to the upper surface of the platform. A high-pressure spray head mechanism is arranged on the platform, a spray nozzle of the high-pressure spray head mechanism is installed downwards, a connecting-in pipe on the high-pressure water pump set is fixedly connected with a water supply pipe on the high-pressure spray head mechanism, the device is reasonable in design, when pile pulling is conducted, the high-pressure spray head mechanism washes soil around the bottom of a pile, and pile pulling is easier.
