Crack-free mass concrete construction method
The invention discloses a construction method of crack-free mass concrete. The construction method comprises the following steps: mixing a large amount of anti-crack special admixture into mass concrete in a mix proportion design stage; in the construction stage, on-site whole-process monitoring is carried out on parameters including inner-surface temperature difference, cooling rate and the like of mass concrete; the mass concrete is subjected to moisture preservation and maintenance by adopting a plastic film covering measure in a concrete plasticity stage, and/or the mass concrete is subjected to heat preservation and maintenance by adopting a flame-retardant heat-preservation covering measure in time according to actual measurement results of parameters including the temperature difference between the inner surface and the outer surface, the cooling rate and the like in a concrete temperature reduction stage. Through the synergistic effect of the anti-crack special admixture, on-site temperature monitoring and moisturizing or heat preservation maintenance measures, no crack is generated on the surface of the mass concrete, and synchronous improvement of the anti-crack performance and the durability of mass concrete structures in deep tunnel engineering, bridge engineering and the like is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种无裂缝大体积混凝土施工方法,包括:配合比设计阶段在大体积混凝土中掺入大掺量的抗裂型专用掺合料;施工阶段对大体积混凝土包含里表温差和降温速率等参数进行现场全过程监测;混凝土塑性阶段采取塑料薄膜覆盖的措施对大体积混凝土进行保湿养护,和/或混凝土温降阶段根据上述包含里表温差和降温速率等参数实测结果及时采取阻燃保温被覆盖的措施对大体积混凝土进行保温养护。本发明通过抗裂型专用掺合料、现场温度监测、保湿或保温养护措施的协同作用,可实现大体积混凝土表面完全无裂缝产生,有利于深隧工程、桥梁工程等大体积混凝土结构抗裂性能和耐久性能的同步提升。
