The invention discloses a foundation pit inclined supporting structure with a good water stopping effect and a construction method thereof, and aims to provide a foundation pit inclined supporting structure which is simple in structure, high in construction efficiency and capable of effectively controlling deformation of a bottom enclosure structure of a foundation pit. The foundation pit oblique supporting structure with the good water stopping effect and the construction method thereof can effectively solve the problem that water enters a basement due to the fact that an oblique support directly penetrates through the outer wall of the basement. A foundation pit inclined supporting structure with a good water stopping effect comprises inclined steel supporting columns, fender posts distributed along the edge of a foundation pit, a basement outer wall located on the inner sides of the fender posts and a concrete cushion layer formed by pouring at the pit bottom of the foundation pit, and the lower ends of the inclined steel supporting columns are embedded in the concrete cushion layer. The upper ends of the inclined steel supporting columns penetrate through the basement outer wall and are supported on the fender posts, and outer wall water stop plates are arranged on the inclined steel supporting columns and embedded in the basement outer wall.
