The invention discloses an intelligent building water supply and drainage blow-off pipeline which comprises a connecting plate fixed to the bottom of an elastic rubber pipeline, two horizontal moving frames which are supported by an external support to conduct horizontal limiting sliding are arranged in front of the connecting plate, and the opposite ends of the two horizontal moving frames are fixedly connected with a circular ring located right in front of the connecting plate.
