The invention relates to a wall surface leveling mechanism and a mounting method thereof, the wall surface leveling mechanism comprises a leveling keel, a leveling bolt and a connecting piece, and the connecting piece can be connected between two adjacent veneers; the leveling keel comprises a glue joint area, a mounting groove and a fixing area in the width direction of the leveling keel, the glue joint area can be fixed to the veneer through glue joint, the fixing area can be fixed to the connecting piece through a self-tapping screw, the mounting groove is provided with a mounting hole and a limiting section which are communicated, and the width of the mounting hole is larger than that of the limiting section; a first limiting piece and a second limiting piece are arranged at the end of the leveling bolt in a spaced mode, the first limiting piece can penetrate through the mounting hole till the two limiting pieces are located on the two sides of the groove bottom of the mounting groove in the thickness direction respectively, the limiting pieces can slide to the limiting sections, and the limiting sections can limit penetrating of the limiting pieces. The installation operation of the wall leveling mechanism can be simplified, the installation efficiency is improved, the cost for fixing the veneer and the wall leveling mechanism is reduced, and the environmental protection performance is improved.
