The invention relates to a connecting assembly of a construction climbing frame and a floor slab supported by a steel beam, and belongs to the technical field of house construction. Reserved holes for through-wall split bolts to penetrate through are formed in a steel outrigger and a floor slab in the assembly; the connecting steel plate clings to the lower bottom surface of the floor, is welded with the upper flange plate of the steel beam, and is connected with the steel beam stiffening rib through the inclined strut; the through-wall split bolt penetrates through reserved holes in the steel outrigger and the floor slab, one end of the through-wall split bolt is fixed to the top face of the steel outrigger, and the other end of the through-wall split bolt is fixed to the connecting steel plate; and the wall-attached support is fastened and connected with a split bolt base on the side surface of the steel outrigger through a fixed split bolt. The steel outrigger, the floor slab and the steel beam are connected into a whole through the connecting steel plates and the connecting inclined struts to bear construction loads, the stress state of shear connecting pieces between the steel beam and the floor slab is greatly improved, relative slippage between the steel beam and the floor slab is completely eliminated, and the safety of climbing frame construction is greatly improved; the problem of applicability of the construction climbing frame in a building adopting a steel beam is solved.
本发明涉及一种施工爬架与钢梁支承的楼板的连接组件,属于房屋建筑技术领域。本组件中钢挑梁及楼板内设有供穿墙对拉螺栓穿过的预留孔洞;连接钢板紧贴楼板下底面,且与钢梁上翼缘板焊接相连,并通过斜撑与钢梁加劲肋相连;穿墙对拉螺栓贯穿钢挑梁及楼板内的预留孔洞,穿墙对拉螺栓的一端固定在钢挑梁的顶面,另一端固定在连接钢板上;附墙支座通过固定对拉螺栓与钢挑梁侧面对拉螺栓基座紧固相连。本发明其连接钢板与连接斜撑将钢挑梁、楼板及钢梁连接为整体承受施工荷载,极大的改善了钢梁与楼板间剪力连接件的受力状态,完全消除了钢梁与楼板间的相对滑移,大幅度提高了爬架施工的安全性,解决了施工爬架在采用钢梁的建筑物中的适用性问题。
