The invention provides an anti-skid stop device for an automatic door and an automatic door assembly. The anti-skid stopping device for the automatic door comprises an upper fixing piece, a lower fixing piece and a door machine beam. The upper fixing piece and the lower fixing piece are clamped and fixed to the door machine beam through bolts. The portal crane beam comprises tooth-shaped parts formed on the upper surface and the lower surface of the portal crane beam. And the lower surface of the upper fixing piece and the upper surface of the lower fixing piece are respectively provided with an upper tooth-shaped part and a lower tooth-shaped part which are meshed with the tooth-shaped part of the door machine beam. The upper fixing piece and the lower fixing piece are both connected with the door machine beam in a tooth-shaped meshing mode, and therefore the upper fixing piece and the lower fixing piece are prevented from sliding relative to the door machine beam.
