The invention discloses a method for preparing a ceramic grinding ball for electroceramic production by using non-calcined ceramic waste mud, which comprises the following steps: drying and crushing the non-calcined ceramic waste mud generated by an electroceramic processing technology as a raw material, blending into a mud material, briquetting, carrying out heat treatment on the material block, crushing, and carrying out alkali washing, thereby obtaining the ceramic grinding ball for electroceramic production. After the alkali washing is completed, grinding and mixing with potassium feldspar powder, SiC powder, CaCO3 powder and carbon black powder to obtain pug powder; then wet-mixing the pug powder with high-strength inorganic matter powder, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, fatty acid monoglyceride, polyvinyl alcohol, sodium stearate, water and a binder to prepare a grinding ball blank, drying the grinding ball blank by using a drying oven, and sintering the dried grinding ball blank in a protective gas atmosphere to obtain a finished product. And controlling the firing temperature, firing, and cooling to room temperature along with the furnace to obtain the finished ceramic grinding ball. According to the method, the non-calcined ceramic waste mud generated in the electrical ceramic production process flow can be effectively utilized in a process cycle, so that the production cost of related enterprises is reduced on the basis of ensuring the quality of electrical ceramic products.
