The invention discloses a modified hot-melt coating for curing old marked lines, a preparation method and a method for curing by adopting the hot-melt coating, the modified hot-melt coating comprises a hot-melt coating and a heating agent, and the heating agent comprises epoxy resin, a diluent, a dispersing agent, ferroferric oxide, a silane coupling agent, titanium dioxide, calcium powder and a curing agent; in the curing process, the modified hot-melt coating is melted and then coated on the old marking line with the cleaned surface, the old marking line is heated and flattened and healed, the flattened marking line is coated with the heated and melted modified hot-melt coating, glass beads are scattered, cooling is conducted, and the curing method can achieve cyclic curing. After being heated, the modified hot-melt coating can be rapidly heated to soften the old marking line and melt the asphalt film, the old marking line and the road surface are subjected to hot-melt bonding again, cracks in the old marking line are healed under high temperature and rolling compaction, the modified hot-melt coating is firmly bonded with the old marking line and the new coating, the strength of the marking line after maintenance is improved, and falling is avoided.
