The invention relates to a method for preparing graphite with a fine structure by adopting melt coating, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing coke powder as aggregate and asphalt as a binder, putting the coke powder and the asphalt into a stirring device for dry mixing, and putting the mixture into a reaction kettle for melt coating after uniform mixing; and (2) moving out and dispersing the coated aggregate, taking asphalt as a binder, putting the binder into a mixing and kneading device for mixing and kneading, taking out after the mixing and kneading are finished, and carryingout subsequent processes. Compared with a conventional method, the utilization rate of asphalt can be greatly reduced, the subsequent process can be normally carried out, the overall cost of the process is effectively saved, and the method has good market application prospects.
本发明涉及一种采用熔融包覆制备微细结构石墨的方法,包括:(1)以焦炭粉作为骨料,以沥青作为粘结剂,放入搅拌装置中干式混合,待混合均匀后放入反应釜中熔融包覆;(2)将包覆后的骨料取出分散,再以沥青作为粘结剂,放入混捏装置进行混捏,待混捏完成后取出进行后续工艺。本发明相比传统方法可以大幅度减少沥青的使用率,且后续工艺能够照常进行,有效节省了工艺整体成本,具有良好的市场应用前景。
