The invention discloses a damping and sound-absorbing foam metal material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of foam metal. The preparation method comprises the following steps: modifying polystyrene microspheres by using diallyldiethylammonium chloride, electrostatically adsorbing a platinum precursor, reducing to form a platinum plating layer, forming nickel whiskers under the assistance of a metal vapor ion source, mixing the nickel whiskers with hollow glass microspheres, and carrying out hot pressing sintering under the assistance of pulse current to obtain a metal foam matrix with a relatively thin wall layer; the sound absorption effect is excellent; then nano titanium dioxide particles are deposited on the surface through pulse laser, and a micro-nano rough surface is formed; nano titanium dioxide particles are modified by using 1, 5-naphthalene diisocyanate, 1, 3-bis (3-hydroxyisobutyl) tetramethyldisiloxane, tetrafluorobromobutene and heptafluoropentene, so that the surface energy is reduced, and the metal foam has a super-amphiphobic effect. The prepared damping and sound-absorbing foam metal material has the sound-absorbing and super-amphiphobic effects.
本发明公开了一种减震吸声泡沫金属材料及其制备方法,涉及泡沫金属技术领域。本发明先利用二烯丙基二乙基氯化铵改性聚苯乙烯微球,能够静电吸附铂前驱体,经还原形成铂镀层,然后在金属蒸汽离子源的辅助下,形成镍晶须,与空心玻璃微球混合,通过脉冲电流辅助热压烧结,获得较薄壁层的金属泡沫基体,具有优异的吸声效果;然后在表面脉冲激光沉积纳米二氧化钛颗粒,构成微纳米粗糙表面;用1,5‑萘二异氰酸酯、1,3‑双(3‑羟基异丁基)四甲基二硅氧烷、四氟溴丁烯和七氟戊烯改性纳米二氧化钛颗粒,降低表面能,使金属泡沫具有超双疏效果。本发明制备的减震吸声泡沫金属材料具有吸声、超双疏的效果。
