METHOD FOR PRODUCING VIBRATION-DAMPING SOUND ABSORBING FOAM
To provide a method for producing a vibration-damping sound absorbing foam capable of realizing both a vibration countermeasure and a sound countermeasure, and capable of excellently producing a damping sound absorbing foam capable of taking measures against a wide range sound from a low frequency to a high frequency.SOLUTION: By performing the steps shown in the following steps [I] to [III] in this order, a vibration-damping sound absorbing foam composed of a foam 1 and fine particles 2 contained in the foam so as to form a bell-like structure having a communication passage to the surface of the foam is produced. [I]: a step for preparing a foam having a foam cell 1b internally and having a communication passage to the foam cell on a surface thereof, and fine particles having a particle diameter smaller than the cell diameter of the foam cell and larger than the diameter of the communication passage. [II]: a step in which the foam is swollen to expand the diameter of the communication passage, and then the fine particles are sprinkled on the surface of the foam, and the fine particles are pushed into the foam cell through the communication passage by the flow pressure of the liquid. 【課題】振動対策と音対策の両立を図ることができ、低周波から高周波まで幅広い音の対策をすることができる制振吸音発泡体を、良好に製造することができる、制振吸音発泡体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】下記の[I]〜[III]に示す工程をこの順で行うことにより、発泡体1と、発泡体表面への連通路を有する鈴状構造を構成するよう発泡体内に内在する微粒子2と、からなる制振吸音発泡体を製造する。[I]発泡セル1bを内在し,かつその発泡セルへの連通路を表面に有する発泡体と、発泡セルのセル径よりも小さく,かつ連通路の径よりも大きな粒径の微粒子を準備する工程。[II]発泡体を膨潤させて、連通路の径を拡径させた後、発泡体表面に微粒子をまぶし、液体の流圧により、連通路を通じて微粒子を発泡セル内に押し込む工程。[III]発泡体を乾燥させる工程。【選択図】図1
