The invention discloses a rapid ground anchor inserting and hitting device and a rapid inserting and hitting method thereof. The anchor plate and the sheathing canal are arranged in the same direction, the outer side wall of the sheathing canal is fixedly connected to the middle of the anchor plate, the anchor plate is provided with a first end and a second end which are opposite to each other, and the width of the anchor plate is gradually increased from the first end to the second end; the anchor plate is arranged between the sheath tube and the anchor plate, the tensile plates are obliquely connected between the two opposite sides of the sheath tube and the anchor plate respectively, the tensile plates are arranged in the axial direction of the sheath tube, each tensile plate is provided with a first side and a second side, the first side and the second side are opposite, the second sides of the two tensile plates extend, intersect and are connected together, and the tensile plates are arranged in the sheath tube. The width of the tension bearing plate is gradually reduced from the second side to the first side; and the tying piece is provided with a pre-embedded end and a free end which are opposite to each other, and the pre-embedded end is hinged to the second side. The problems that existing ground anchor construction is low in construction speed and manual and mechanical investment exists are solved.
