The invention belongs to the technical field of golf product manufacturing industry, and discloses a golf hitting mat capable of inserting and taking out golf needles at will and a design method. The striking pad is sequentially compounded with a polygonal hollow woven artificial nylon grass surface with gaps from top to bottom; the polyurethane adhesive layer is compounded on the lower surface of the artificial nylon grass surface; the light EVA cushion layer is compounded below the polyurethane adhesive layer; and the hard rubber cushion layer is compounded below the light EVA cushion layer. By achieving the function of inserting and taking out the ball needle at will, the limitation of punching and positioning of a traditional hitting pad is changed, and the problem that insertion is not firm while the problem that the grass surface of the traditional hitting pad is not resistant to hitting is solved. And the requirement of beating at any position of the grass surface by a customer is met. Meanwhile, the light cushion layer at the bottom of the grass surface is matched to realize easy insertion of the ball needle, the discomfort of difficult insertion of a customer is avoided, the insertion position can be recovered immediately after the ball needle is pulled out, and the ball needle can be inserted and taken at the same position for multiple times.
