The invention discloses an intelligent mobile traffic signal lamp which comprises a base box body, vertical anti-collision rods are arranged at the corners of the periphery of the base box body, every two adjacent anti-collision rods are connected in a surrounding mode through three sets of upper and lower anti-collision strips, and the upper surface of the base box body is rotationally connected with an opening and closing cover through a rotating shaft. Three telescopic supporting rods which are distributed in a regular triangle shape and are the same in length are arranged above the opening and closing cover, one telescopic supporting rod is of a hollow structure, the upper end of the telescopic supporting rod is connected with a rectangular installation plate, and four-direction signal lamps are arranged on the upper surface of the rectangular installation plate. The periphery of the lower surface of the rectangular mounting plate is provided with a monitoring speed measurement camera. The mobile signal lamp is good in structural stability, not prone to toppling over, good in anti-collision effect, not prone to damage, capable of helping traffic police to record traffic illegal behaviors and good in durability and usability on the whole.
