The invention discloses an anti-erosion submersed nozzle for special steel continuous casting and a preparation method of the anti-erosion submersed nozzle. The anti-erosion submersed nozzle for special steel continuous casting comprises a main body and a slag line, wherein the main body is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 60-80% of fused alumina, 3-6% of carbon fiber, 6-10% of hexagonal boron nitride and 11-27% of titanium diboride; an adhesive is added into the main body material, and the adhesive accounts for 8-14% of the total weight of the main body material; the slag line material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 66 to 78 percent of electric melting zirconium oxide, 2 to 4 percent of carbon fiber, 3.5 to 10 percent of hexagonal boron nitride, 5.5 to 12.5 percent of titanium diboride and 10 to 23 percent of zirconium diboride. A binding agent is added into the slag line material, and the binding agent accounts for 11-15% of the total weight of the slag line material. The submersed nozzle prepared in the invention shows excellent slag corrosion resistance and mechanical properties in the continuous casting process, the inner wall of the nozzle is not easy to form nodules, the service life of the nozzle is remarkably prolonged, and the number of furnaces for special steel continuous casting can be increased.
