The invention discloses an anti-blocking submersed nozzle for special steel continuous casting and a preparation method of the anti-blocking submersed nozzle. An anti-blocking submersed nozzle for special steel continuous casting comprises a main body, the main body is composed of a heat conduction layer and a heat insulation layer which are sequentially connected from inside to outside, and the heat conduction layer makes contact with molten steel; wherein the heat conducting layer is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 60-80% of fused corundum, 4-11% of silicon carbide, 14-25% of aluminum nitride and 2-4% of boron nitride; an adhesive is added into the heat conducting layer; the heat insulation layer is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 65 to 75 percent of fused alumina, 5 to 8 percent of mullite, 6 to 11 percent of glass fiber and 14 to 16 percent of silicon nitride; and a binding agent is added into the heat insulation layer. Through cooperation of the heat conduction layer and the heat insulation layer, the anti-nodulation performance of the submersed nozzle can be remarkably improved, and the number of continuous casting furnaces for titanium-containing steel reaches up to 16 or above.
