Hollow floor concrete pouring method
The invention discloses a hollow floor concrete pouring method which comprises the following steps: S1, adding a proper amount of concrete raw materials into a box body through a feeding seat, and connecting a driving mechanism with a stirring mechanism by controlling a docking mechanism; the stirring and vibrating device is composed of a box body, a feeding base, a feeding pipe, a discharging opening, a switching mechanism, a stirring mechanism, a driving mechanism, a butt joint mechanism and a vibrating mechanism. The method has the advantages that the hollow floor concrete is poured in a rib jumping pouring mode, two-time pouring and one-time forming are achieved, anti-floating treatment and air exhausting on the concrete are facilitated, and the compactness of the bottom layer concrete can be guaranteed; and meanwhile, only one device is needed for stirring and vibrating the concrete, different devices do not need to be replaced, and the occupied space of a pouring site and the production cost are reduced.
本发明公开了一种空心楼盖混凝土浇注方法,包括以下步骤:S1:通过进料座向箱体内加入适量的混凝土原料,并通过控制对接机构使得驱动机构与搅拌机构实现连接;所述搅拌振捣装置由箱体、进料座、进料管、出料口、开关机构、搅拌机构、驱动机构、对接机构以及振捣机构组成。优点在于:空心楼盖混凝土的浇筑采用跳肋浇筑的方式,两次浇注一次成型,利于对混凝土进行抗浮处理、排除空气,并且可保证底层混凝土的密实性;同时对混凝土的搅拌以及振捣处理仅需使用一个装置,无需更换不同装置,降低了对浇筑现场的空间占用以及生产成本。
