The invention provides concrete for floor pouring. The concrete comprises 5-15 parts of cleaned cobblestone, 10-25 parts of cleaned gravel, 20-50 parts of cleaned river sand, 50-500 parts of cement, 1-10 parts of an expanding agent, 1-10 parts of a water reducing agent, 3-8 parts of methyl trichlorosilane and 1000-4000 parts of clear water. According to the concrete for floor pouring provided by the technical schemes of the invention, the structural strength of the concrete is effectively improved, quantitative adding of materials in the concrete is facilitated, and therefore, the quality of the concrete is improved; sand, stone and other raw materials are cleaned before being stirred, so that the influence of surface impurities on concrete solidification can be reduced, meanwhile, the combining capacity between the concrete and cement can be improved, and the structural strength of the solidified concrete is improved, so that the situation of water leakage is avoided.
本发明提供了一种楼板浇筑用的混凝土,包括清洗后的鹅卵石5‑15份、清洗后的碎石10‑25份、清洗后的江沙20‑50份、水泥50‑500份、膨胀剂1‑10份、减水剂1‑10份、甲基三氯硅烷3‑8份、清水1000‑4000份。本方案有效的提高了混凝土的结构强度,便于混凝土中材料的定量添加,进而提高混凝土的质量,搅拌之前将砂、石等原材料进行清洗,能够降低其表面杂质对混凝土凝固的影响,同时能够提高其与水泥之间的结合能力,提高混凝土凝固后的结构强度,进而实现避免漏水的情况发生。
