The strength of the section of the concrete column is improved, the rigidity of the section is remarkably enhanced, and a series of excellent performances such as durability, corrosion resistance and self-sealing performance are achieved; compared with a conventional steel tube confined concrete column, the steel tube confined ultra-high-performance reinforced concrete column has the advantages that the bearing capacity and the rigidity are obviously improved, the structural section can be obviously reduced, the self weight of the structure can be obviously reduced, and the steel tube confined ultra-high-performance reinforced concrete column has good application prospects and popularization potential.
本发明提供一种含钢筋的钢管混凝土结构及其制造方法,包括钢管及位于钢管内腔填充的柱状超高性能钢筋混凝土,所述柱状超高性能钢筋混凝土外壁与和钢管内壁贴合,本发明采用超高性能混凝土取代管内核心混凝土,不仅提高了混凝土柱截面的强度,显著增强截面的刚度,还具有耐久性、耐腐蚀性、自密性等一系列优越性能;钢管约束超高性能钢筋混凝土柱与以往钢管约束混凝土柱相比,承载力和刚度明显提高,进而可显著地减小结构截面及减轻结构自重,具有良好的应用前景和推广潜力。
